Typical Care Plan
The average number of visits usually required to bring your diagnosis/condition under control utilizing the DRX9000 is 20 visits. Some conditions will require only 10 visits, while some may require 30 visits. Please be aware that you cannot receive DRX9000 treatment in our office mutually exclusive of all other chiropractic care, as it is only one part of an overall comprehensive treatment plan.
Insurance Coverage
Indemnity insurance plans usually cover the cost of the care you receive in our office 100%. This would include most insurance covered by auto accidents or workers' compensation if your condition is work related. HMO, PPO, Medicare, and other major medical insurace, typically does not cover the cost of the DRX9000 in our office, but does cover the cost of chiropractic adjustments and other adjunctive therapy to varying degrees. Please be aware that the DRX9000 is not a "global service" offered by our office. Under these circumstances you would be personally responsible for that portion if you elect to receive the DRX9000 as adjunctive therapy.
Personal Cost
If your insurance does not cover the cost of the non-global DRX9000 service, you will need to pay for decompression in advance to reserve your table times. If you have insurance that covers Spinal Decompression code S9090, then you will pay your co-pay as you go.
